Lots of material but a little less than expected (I had high expectations). Tons of information. Taught in a simple way for all skill levels and nearly all hand guns types were covered. This is a great product for anyone who wants to learn how to shoot all the way up to those whom merely need a little honing. This product covers defensive and tactical shooting they don't cover any competition style shooting which they never aimed to do.
